Section 1: General Provisions

By participating in the VLT Games Alberta program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review this document for changes.

Section 2: Eligibility

To participate in the VLT Games Alberta program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not have any outstanding court judgments against you related to unpaid gaming debts
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion or exclusion from a licensed gaming venue

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the VLT Games Alberta program complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Section 3: Account Management

Your account will be activated when you first access a VLT Games Alberta terminal. You will need to provide identification information to verify your age and identity.

You may not share, loan, or transfer your account details or access codes to any other person.

Section 4: Withdrawals

All winnings are subject to verification by us before they can be paid out. We reserve the right to withhold payment of any winnings until such time as we have completed our review and made a decision on whether or not the win is valid.

Payment methods include TITO (Ticket In, Ticket Out) tickets and bank transfers. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum payout amount: $1
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: $5,000

Section 5: Responsible Gaming

We are committed to providing responsible gaming options for all participants.

You acknowledge that you have been informed of and understand the risks associated with participating in the VLT program. You agree not to gamble more than you can afford to lose.

We reserve the right to restrict or close your account at any time if we believe it is necessary to prevent you from engaging in irresponsible gaming behavior.

Section 6: Breach

If we suspect that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, we may take disciplinary action, including:

• Closing your account
• Withholding payment of winnings
• Reporting the breach to relevant authorities

You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into a potential breach.

Section 7: Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Alberta).

Section 8: Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
